Tonight, the members of Lewiston Fire Company No. 2 trained on vehicle extrication!
Our firefighters used rescue tools to work a challenging scenario: a vehicle pinned beneath a front loader with two patients trapped inside. Crews practiced stabilizing the scene, gaining access to patients, and safely removing them.
A big thank you to the Town of Lewiston Highway Department for providing the equipment for tonight's drill!
Want to be part of it? No experience needed! We provide the training. All you need is the desire to serve your community.
👉 Message us or stop by the station to learn how to join Lewiston Fire Company No. 2 or how to join your local fire company.
