Ms. Nicole Ball at Bluewater Elementary is a Niceville superstar! "She continually works countless hours to ensure she's doing her best. She has been flexible in changing grade levels and has taken on 5th grade this year, teaching all core subjects. She finds ways to connect with her kids, keep learning fun, and guide them through challenges to bring growth!"Thank you for all you do for Niceville!

Today we recognized Renee Pippy at Bluewater Elementary, "she is a phenomenally helpful coworker, an amazing math/science teacher, volunteers her time to be an Academic Team coach, and is a wonderful (and busy!) mom of 4. She is truly a superwoman and somehow does it all with a smile on her face and a fantastic sense of humor!". Thank for making Niceville NICE!!!
