Thank you to all the contributors so far; we have enough donated to cover the candy and will roll over the rest to support the Ninilchik Community Library summer reading program and other kids' engagement activities. Any continued support will go directly to them, because it is kind of scary to think about kids not wanting to come to the library, right?

Bring the kids in to check out the new young adult and juvenile readers collection our librarian has been developing, including the Battle of the Books list!

Whew, what a year it has been; it has been bountiful but not without so much work from our board and volunteers. As you all know, hard work pays off, and we do what we do because we love the entities we serve. We have accomplished a lot over the last couple of years at the library, and I do not doubt that momentum will continue now with extra support. Thanks for having faith in us.!
