We love seeing our people do great things, and today we’re celebrating our own Myechia Hudson, a social worker with our NobleACT team, who recently became a published author!

Myechia’s book, Reconstructed Letters to Teen Girls: Encouragement, Truth, and Guidance for Girls Finding Their Way, is all about offering encouragement, sharing wisdom, and helping young women navigate life’s challenges.

While writing a book may be a little different from her day-to-day work with NobleACT, the heart behind it is very much the same, a passion for helping people, supporting others through difficult times, and reminding them that they don’t have to figure everything out on their own.

We’re proud to have Myechia on our team, and excited to see her take her passion for helping others beyond our department and into the pages of her book.

During the week of October 13-15, 2026, the Noblesville Police Department carried out a targeted online predator investigation designed to identify and apprehend individuals seeking to exploit minors. During this time, numerous individuals communicated with NPD detectives even after being informed repeatedly that they were interacting with someone underage.

This investigation resulted in the arrest of five individuals after they allegedly arranged meetings, and their actions demonstrated intent to engage in unlawful sexual activity with the perceived minor.

The following individuals were arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail on the following preliminary charge(s).

We are proud of what our dedicated detectives have done to continue to keep the youth of Noblesville safe. Parents, please talk with your children and educate them about the dangers of social media and connecting with strangers online.

As the community members prepare for the next step in rebuild, Hamilton County Long Term Recovery Group is looking for a place to store donated building materials and equipment. Reach out to them directly if you feel moved donate.

Ofc. Reichard and CSO Kinney apprehended this escapee out from under a porch today. We’ve had no luck with identifying the owners. Hoosier Wildlife is coming to transport them to a secure facility for now.

Trunk or Treats and Halloween are right around the corner! Before the little ghosts, goblins, and superheroes head out for a night of fun, here are a few quick safety reminders to help keep everyone safe!
- Stick to the sidewalks. No sidewalk? Walk facing traffic and stay as far from the road as possible.
- Look both ways! Use crosswalks, watch for traffic, and make sure drivers see you before crossing.
- Keep your crew together. Little ones should always have an adult nearby, and older kids should stick with their friends.
- Phones down, heads up! It's easy to get distracted, but watching where you're going is much more important than checking your phone.
- Drivers, take it slow! Keep your eyes on the road, put distractions away, and watch for little monsters who may be too excited to remember to look both ways!
