With deep respect and gratitude,

Lieutenant Colonel Brandon A. Shah, the Monarch Battalion stands stronger because of you. We will honor your legacy by continuing to lead, serve, and shine your light in all that we do.

LTC Shah embodied what it means to lead with courage, integrity, and selfless service. His impact reached far beyond the classroom and training field; he shaped leaders, inspired excellence, and left a lasting mark on every Cadet he mentored and the entire Old Dominion University family.

Though his loss is deeply felt, his example will continue to inspire us to be better leaders, better teammates, and better people.
