Shout out to our super star staff who attended several Reentry Resource/Job Fairs the last couple of weeks. We love seeing familiar faces, meeting new people and helping Justice Involved Individuals returning home and back to their communities and families.

After completing his term as Virginia's governor in 2022, Ralph Northam immediately returned to his longstanding career as a pediatric neurologist at Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters in Norfolk.

Northam sees around 15 patients a day alongside teaching medical residents. He credits his decades in medicine and time in elected office with deepening his empathy for families facing healthcare and economic challenges.

Reflecting on his tenure, Northam says he expects to be remembered for his lifetime of public service.

🍽️ SAVE THE DATE: Dining Out For Life Hampton Roads 📅 Tuesday, September 29, 2026

This year's Dining Out For Life comes at an important moment.

Every meal shared on September 29 helps ensure people in Hampton Roads can continue to access HIV care, prevention services, supportive housing, food assistance, and healthcare designed for the LGBTQ+ and HIV communities.

The good news? Supporting this work is as simple as going out to dinner.

When you choose a participating restaurant, you're not just enjoying a great meal. You're helping your neighbors access care while supporting local restaurants at the same time.

Mark your calendar. Bring your friends. Bring your family.

Let's show what our community can do when we come together.

Dine Out. Give Back. End HIV.
