On 16 July 2026, HSC-22 took to the skies for the first flight in our aircraft since the squadron’s reactivation, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our proud history. This achievement represents months of dedication, planning, training, and teamwork by every Sailor, maintainer, aircrew member, and support staff, who helped bring this squadron back to life.

While this first flight is a significant accomplishment, it is only the beginning. HSC-22 remains committed to developing mission-ready aircrews, supporting the Fleet, and upholding the legacy of the Sea Knights!
