Back out in the 4th District with Councilwoman Natalie Colson and the Norristown Fire Department. Fire prevention awareness and education is key as we've experienced several fires within the community recently. We're thankful that no lives were lost.

Smoke and Carbon monoxide detectors save lives so make sure you have ones that operate properly. Don't hesitate to contact your local fire department who can assist you with testing and possible replacement.

80 plus homes blitzed in less than 2 hours. Smoke detectors, carbon monixide detectors, fire safety discussions and tips shared. Make sure you check you batteries on your detectors. If its beeping, replace the batteries. Carbon monoxide detectors are needed on each floor, not just the basement. Your local Norristown Fire Department is a resource if you need help. They're willing to test what you have and determine if you need to make a change. These items aren't cheap to address but the help is there. Reach out and inquire. Saving lives are more important! Stay tuned for the next neighborhood!

I'm looking forward to joining the Norristown Fire Department and Councilwoman Natalie Colson in our District to spread fire safety awareness and issue smoke detectors to those who need them. Make sure you check your batteries and see that they are working throughout your home. They save lives!

I'd like to say thank you to the The Madden School Scholars and teachers for visiting us this summer and learning about the courts. You guys were amazing readers and artists! I love the new version of me with hair. We now have some exciting photos to add to our ever so boring vibe around here!

Great summer vibes at Judge Ashe's Truancy Celebration with NASD. Students and their families celebrated a turnaround in their school attendance this year! Kudos to the teens for not giving up!

A great week with my fellow Montgomery County MDJs and many others from across the state. Wellsboro, PA (Tioga County) hosted an amazing conference and I'm honored to serve among hundreds who give their all each and every day within their communities. The education, learning, networking and camaraderie play a crucial role in the work we do. The Grand Canyon of PA did not disappoint. Kudos District 3!
