The North Andover Fire Department provides Fire and Emergency Medical Services to the Town of North Andover. A suburban community located in Essex County, North Andover is 26.6 sq. miles and has a population of approximately 32,000. We not only have a residential base, we also have commercial and industrial sections, 2 state forests (Harold Parker and Boxford State forest), Merrimack College, Lawrence Municipal Airport and routes 495, 125 and 114. We respond to approximately 4,100 emergency calls for service annually. The Town is protected from two fire stations that house 3 Engines, 1 Ladder, 1 Brush Truck and 3 Ambulances. The department consists of 57 full time members who are also trained as EMTs.

🎀 Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

The North Andover Fire Department is proud to show our support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month by wearing pink throughout the month of October! 💗

We will have pink department shirts available for purchase, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to two brave women who have battled and won their fight against breast cancer.

This is our way of honoring their strength, courage, and resilience while supporting two incredible women who have faced this fight head-on.

Let’s stand together, spread awareness, and show our support for those affected by breast cancer. Every shirt purchased helps make a difference! 💗🎀

The North Andover Fire Department would like to honor and recognize Retired NAPD K9 Mojo for his years of dedicated service with the North Andover Police Department and his loyal service to the Town of North Andover.

Mojo was more than a K9 officer; he was a trusted partner, a loyal companion, and a valued member of our public safety family. His dedication, courage, and commitment to serving our community will never be forgotten.

Rest easy, Mojo. Thank you for your service and your loyalty. You will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

Our public education team is always out teaching our young learners about home fire drills, stop drop and roll, what to do if a fire alarm sounds- and as always ending with students getting to sit in a fire truck!
