The North Bergen Free Public Library exists to inspire lifelong learning and advance knowledge.

Join us for a free, bilingual Child CPR class. In this non-certification class you will learn hands-only CPR, and you will have the opportunity to practice chest compressions on a child-sized manikin. This class is open to everyone ages 14 and up, who wants to gain the skills and confidence to act in an emergency.

Participe en una clase gratuita, bilingüe y práctica de reanimación cardiopulmonar (RCP) para niños. En esta clase de la American Heart Association, que no otorga certificación, aprenderá cómo la intervención temprana puede salvar una vida. Earn your Quickbooks certification for free at the library!

Open to all NJ residents, ages 18+. Preference given to students who are low-income, unemployed, SNAP/TANF eligible, single parents, disabled, English-language learners, or meet one of the other criteria listed on the application.Full attendance is mandatory. High School diploma or GED is required. We are currently accepting only students who have never taken the class before.
