As part of the Kiribati Resilience Week 2026 programme, students from BTC JSS visited the KMS compound in Betio to explore meteorological services, see weather monitoring equipment firsthand, visit the Kiribati Humanitarian Warehouse, and learn about fire safety and emergency preparedness from the Kiribati Police Emergency Response Unit.

An engaging learning experience that highlights the importance of awareness, preparedness, and working together to build a safer and more resilient Kiribati.
