Join OSU Extension Mahoning County for Venison 101: Harvest to Table, a hands-on workshop covering the complete process of harvesting and preparing venison.

Participants will learn about:
• Harvesting, gutting and butchering
• Making jerky
• Preserving venison through canning and freezing
• Cooking tips and nutrition

And you’ll get to enjoy Venison Tacos courtesy of the Ohio Division of Wildlife!
