These two are a huge asset to our base with immense clinical skill and knowledge! We are proud and thankful to have both of you as part of our team!!

Make sure you blow Shane up as completing your Certified Flight Registered Nurse is no easy task! Congrats Shane we all had no doubt you would add some letters to your title!!

Can you think of a better way to spend an afternoon during Emergency Nurses week then doing some hands on helipad safety and aircraft operations training with the great staff from the Security and Emergency Room at Great Plains Health!

This is a yearly training we provide so they can feel comfortable with helping us should we need an extra hand to safely move or load a patient.

Thanks again for making this a great training and look forward to continuing to partner with all of you!

Have you ever wondered how far our fixed wing aircraft can go on a patient transport? Well you might be surprised.

After a recent transport our crew decided to take advantage of one of the many perks of the job and stop at the greatest gas station in America. Who doesn’t love a quick stop at Buc-ee’s!

One part of this job is no two days will ever be the same and you never know where you may end up!

Our hearts are heavy as we extend our deepest condolences to REACH following the tragic incident in California last night. Our teams stand alongside the REACH Team during this incredibly difficult time, honoring the dedication, service, and sacrifice of those who answer the call in life’s most critical moments. Our thoughts are with the crew, their families, loved ones, and the entire air medical and EMS community.

Huge shoutout to Sutherland Fire and Rescue for having us out to their annual pancake feed! It’s always a great time with great people who work tirelessly to provide services to the Sutherland and Hershey areas.

🚁 Flat Rock EMS Conference 2026! 🚑

We had a great time hanging out at the Flat Rock EMS Conference last weekend! It was so great getting to see familiar faces, catch up with friends and partners, and spend some time with the EMS community.

This year was extra special because we even brought the helicopter out for a while! 🚁 It was a great opportunity to connect, answer questions, show off the aircraft, and of course, talk all things flight medicine.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and made the weekend such a great one. We’re already looking forward to being back next year! 👏

Some flights are more than a mission. ❤️💙

Our September 11 football delivery was one of those flights we will never forget.

We had the incredible honor of delivering a football to the seniors in memory of a teammate and friend who should have been taking the field alongside them this year as a senior, but tragically passed away last year.

To be able to bring that football home from the sky and place it in the hands of his teammates, his parents, and those who continue to carry his memory was an honor we will always be grateful for.

And in a moment that made an already meaningful flight even more personal, the referee on the field that night happened to be the father of the flight paramedic who delivered the ball. What could have been just a football delivery became a moment that connected families, teammates, first responders, and a community in a truly special way.

We are humbled to have played a small part in honoring his memory and helping his teammates carry him with them onto the field.

Gone far too soon, but never forgotten. 🏈❤️
