Bayflite2

This past weekend, some of our Bayflite 2 crew had the honor of participating in the “Remember the Fallen” 5K in North Port. 🇺🇸

Some ran, some jogged, some walked… and some of us meandered with purpose. 😂

No matter the pace, we were all there for the same reason — to honor and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

A huge thank you to North Port Fire Rescue for putting on such a meaningful event and bringing our community together to remember the fallen.

Events like this remind us that while we may wear different uniforms, work for different agencies, and serve in different roles, we are one community with one mission — to serve, support, and stand beside one another.

Bayflite 2 is proud to be part of this community, not just in the air, but on the ground alongside the people and agencies we’re fortunate enough to call our partners and friends. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

Different paces. Same purpose. One community.

Bayflite 2 was honored to recently participate in the AHEC Health Career and LECOM Health Exploration Camp at HCA Florida Blake Hospital! It was a great opportunity to meet and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals by sharing what we do and giving students a closer look at the world of critical care transport.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success and to the students for your enthusiasm, curiosity, and great questions. We hope to see you in the future!

One of the perks of the job is reconnecting with old friends along the way. Whether it’s a familiar face in the emergency department, a former coworker, or someone we’ve crossed paths with throughout our careers, it’s always great to catch up while delivering patients to the hospitals we serve.

Healthcare is a small community, and we’re proud to work alongside so many dedicated professionals who share the same mission of caring for others. Thanks to all of our hospital partners and friends who make every patient handoff a team effort.

This EMS Week, we want to recognize and thank our incredible EMS partners.

Before the aircraft ever lifts off, before we ever touch a patient, you are already there—answering the call, making critical decisions, starting lifesaving care, and doing the hard work on the ground.

Your dedication, professionalism, and teamwork make what we do possible. We are proud to work alongside providers who show up every single day for their communities, no matter the circumstances.

From all of us at Bayflite — thank you for your trust, your partnership, and your commitment to patient care.

We are honored to answer the call with you. 🚁🚑

Whether on the ground, in the air, or at the bedside — your care changes lives every single day. Thank you for the sacrifices you make, the comfort you provide, and the difference you continue to make in our communities.

🚁💙 Happy Nurses Week from Bayflite 2. 💙🚁

In one frame—life-saving equipment and a life-saving helicopter.

This isn’t just gear.
This isn’t just a helicopter.

Every mission. Every time. No hesitation.

Some days you show up to work… and realize you’ve got Maverick on your crew. 😎🚁

Today, Nurse Brandon was giving full-on Pete ‘Maverick’ Mitchell vibes—aviators on, calm under pressure, and ready for whatever the mission throws his way.

Today, the crews of Bayflite 2 and Bayflite 3 had the opportunity to share knowledge and hands-on skills at EMS Day, presented by HCA Florida Blake Hospital at Manatee Technical College.

Our focus: difficult airway management — one of the most critical and high-stakes challenges in prehospital and critical care medicine.

These events aren’t just about teaching—they’re about strengthening the entire EMS community. When we train together, we respond stronger together.

👏 Huge thanks to everyone who showed up, asked questions, and put in the work to keep improving their craft.
