Phases Recovery Center Recovery Community Center, Transitional Housing This is why we feel there are many paths into recovery. Phases is not for everyone.

We recognize that every person we encounter is an individual with his or her own story and journey through addiction into recovery. We will help guide those seeking recovery into a new way of life through various phases. We operate as what we call a “recovery family” that will be driven by onsite peer relationships, where everyone in our program is part of a recovery community who may have very different backgrounds & circumstances, but all share one very important thing in common: The need, and desire, to learn to live a clean & sober life. We feel that if you have a desire to live a life different from your previous experiences then step by step your journey can be transformed.Phases Recovery will serve as a vital link transitioning back into the structured, supportive, healthy atmosphere. Our number one mission is to provide a safe, affordable, drug & alcohol free family style atmosphere for people where they can establish a foundation of recovery in order to live a productive and meaningful life. The idea is to offer a bridge between treatment and independence. We are a 12-Step based program that is operated by people whose lives had been shattered by drug and alcohol addiction – only to be transformed through the power of working the 12-Steps. Our program, the structure and accountability we provide, the suggestions and advice we give, are all SUPPORT for the intensive, one-on-one work you will do with a sponsor while taking the 12 Steps. Phases promotes individual recovery by providing an environment that allows members to develop personalized recovery programs and become self-supporting. We do require all members to become actively involved in the 12-Step process. Although we do not dictate their program for staying clean and sober, we do expect each member to exhibit certain minimal actions which include attendance at 12-Step meetings (AA/NA), getting a sponsor, working the steps and getting involved in recovery related activities. Learning to live a positive lifestyle is not difficult, nor does it take an extremely long amount of time. What it DOES take, is someone who is willing (has the desire to change), honest (will open up and talk about what’s really going on inside you), and open-minded (someone who doesn’t think they already have all the answers). You must be willing and ready for positive growth and change in your life.

What A Team

💚💜 HAPPY GLOBAL PEER SUPPORT CELEBRATION DAY FROM OUR TEAM! 💜💚

Some of the most powerful words a person can hear are, “I’ve been there.”

Whether it’s helping someone obtain identification and access the resources they need, providing support and compassion within the hospital, walking alongside someone in recovery, or simply taking the time to listen without judgment, our peer support specialists make a difference in ways that reach far beyond words.

Today, we’re celebrating the incredible peer support specialists who serve throughout Recovery Revolution, including our teams at R3, Cameron Ridge Treatment Center, Phases Transitional Housing, Harm Reduction, our hospital peer support team, and those working alongside justice-involved individuals. Each of you brings something invaluable to the people you serve: understanding, hope, and the reminder that no one has to navigate their journey alone.

We are proud of the work you do and the lives you touch every single day. Your lived experience is more than your story. It’s a reminder that recovery is possible. 💜

Staff Spotlight Friday 🌟

This week, we're excited to recognize Jayson Stanley, Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) at our R3 Recovery Center! 💙

If there's one thing you can always count on with Jayson, it's a positive attitude and a smile to greet you. Ask him how he's doing, and you'll almost always hear the same answer: "Better than I deserve." His positivity radiates, and the encouragement he brings to those around him is just one of the many things that makes him an invaluable part of our team!

Jayson's passion for this work comes from his own journey. After struggling with active addiction for many years, he understands the challenges people face and the importance of having someone who truly understands.

💙 His "why":
"To let those who are suffering from addiction know that 'They're not alone' and 'They don't have to do it alone!'"

Jayson is passionate about using his lived experience to offer compassion, strength, and hope to individuals, families, and the community. He's also committed to breaking the stigma surrounding addiction and mental health and reminding people that recovery is possible.

When asked about a moment in his work he'll never forget, Jayson shared something that perfectly reflects his outlook on life:
"All the little moments" because they are really the "big moments" if we pay attention to them.

It's a beautiful reminder that sometimes the smallest interactions, a little encouragement, or simply showing up for someone can make the biggest difference. 💙

When he’s not at work, you can find Jayson enjoying some Christian rap (especially Rare of Breed), spending time in his favorite book, the Bible, or enjoying his favorite food: Mexican!

Jayson, thank you for bringing your smile, your positivity, and your heart for helping others to Recovery Revolution.

Thank you for reminding people that they aren't alone, that they don't have to walk this journey by themselves, and that even the little moments can change a life. We're grateful to have you on the team! 💙

Kendall is the Best

🐾 REUNITED AND IT FEELS SO GOOD! 🐾

Sometimes, the road to recovery means making difficult decisions, taking brave steps, and trusting that the things we love will be there when we’re ready to come home. ❤️

For one of our participants, taking the next step in his recovery journey meant entering inpatient treatment and temporarily saying goodbye to his most loyal companion: Cooper.

For 45 long days, he worked on himself while staying in constant contact with R3 Peer Support Specialist Kendall Stone. And through it all, one thing remained certain — he was looking forward to the day he could be reunited with his best friend.

We’re so happy to share that day has finally come! Through Kendall’s continued support and connection to resources, our participant was able to find an inpatient treatment facility that is able accommodate both him and Cooper. Now, as he continues taking steps forward in his recovery, he doesn’t have to do it without his four-legged best friend by his side. 🐾💛

A very special thank-you to Audrey at The Dog House for opening her heart and providing Cooper with a safe place to stay, along with so much love and care while his person was away. Your kindness helped make this reunion possible, and we’re so thankful you were part of their story.

We are incredibly proud of our participant for continuing to choose recovery, embrace support, and take steps toward the life he deserves. Because recovery is about more than getting well. It’s about the people, the connections, and even the four-legged friends who give us another reason to keep going.

This is what recovery looks like. Meeting people where they are, showing up when it matters most, and reminding them that they don’t have to walk this journey alone.

Some moments remind us exactly why this work matters. This is one of them. ❤️🐾🐶

BOS Family Entertainment

Recovery is about more than just staying sober — it’s about learning how to live, laugh, and have fun again. 🎳

The guys and girls from Phases Recovery Transitional House had an awesome time bowling together! Nights like this remind us how important it is to build community, support each other, and enjoy life in sobriety.

Having fun sober shows that recovery doesn’t mean missing out — it means gaining real friendships, real memories, and real joy.

One frame at a time, one day at a time. 💪
