As many of you have known my battle with cancer reappeared in March and this time it was not kind. This past week I received the jarring news that my cancer is no longer curable. I've since stopped chemo treatments and will choose to spend the blessed amount of time I have here with my family.
I have enjoyed your business over the years and the relationships I have built with each of you. Now my family needs your help. I need someone around to help me and want to spend as much time as I can with my daughter. FMLA is unpaid and she will need help relieving the financial burden of that.
Please consider a donation, even $1 or price of one of my bread loaves. It will go a long way and help me and my family out. I love you all.

Hi everyone! I've debated posting an update, but with recent plans and promises made, I just don't feel comfortable leaving everyone out in left field and me disappearing into the background. In recent weeks I've once again been hospitalized and this time unfortunately, it is linked to my cancer. I've started a new chemo regimen this past week and this time it's spread out over 3 week increments. That leaves me with more weeks in between to feel better they say, so rather than say I'm shutting down shop, I'm just going to say that I'll be doing more pop up type sales. If I'm feeling good and feel like I can whip out 9 loaves of bread or a batch of marshmallows, I'll post them for availability on a first come, first serve basis. After great debate I think that is going to be the best option. I was really looking forward to making some great flavors this month for both St. Patrick's Day and Easter, but I might sneak some of them in later regardless. Irish Creme marshmallows are one of the best flavors I make, so waiting another year might be to long. Once again, I ask that you just be patient and I can't thank you all enough for your support through all these health crisises. I hope you all have a happy holiday filled month.

February baking is a wrap! Highest count I've done since resuming business again.

On a funny note, the baking aroma must be making its way outside, because I just found a squirrel at my back door looking in. Lol That's only ever happened before when I was making peanut butter bread. I stomped in the room before I saw him, so he ran off. Last time I got the cutest photos. Maybe he'll be back.

The first three loaves are in the oven. My goal on baking day is to have batch number one in the oven between 9 and 9:30, today I shut that oven door at 9:32. Many people think I have a huge kitchen to make this happen and when they stop by they are shocked. I have a small house and a small kitchen, but after 3 1/2 years I have it down to a science for what works for me and yes I only bake 3 loaves at a time. I tried more in the beginning and wasted alot of product. May times you'll ask me about 1 loaf or make special orders and at this point, all my recipes are figured for 3 loaf batches. Yes, I can do a single loaf, but it's not financially or time lucrative to make a single loaf on non baking weeks. So always know, if you have a special occasion and want bread, I'm more than willing, but I do request a 3 loaf minimum for each flavor. Or with enough advanced notice I can make 9 mini loaves happen with a batch. I just don't keep those disposal pans on hand because it's a seasonal option for me, but I'd be happy to accommodate.

Hi everyone, the schedule I listed earlier today needs to be adjusted, so I'm going back and editing my original message. I wanted to post a seperate message, just to let you know in case you were considering what days work best for you. I'm now going to have pick up available Wednesday afternoon and again Saturday. Sorry for the confusion, I've just had a scheduling conflict arise tonight.

Happy Monday everyone! It's baking week and this month I will be offering Poppy Seed Bread, Cherry Chocolate Chip Bread (not pictured), Strawberry Chocolate Chip marshmallows, and Brownie Swirl marshmallows. In this moment I'm looking to have availability for pick up Wed after 3 and again on Saturday. As usual, when placing your order let me know which day works best for you or if you are open to pick up on a first come, first serve basis. Most days pick up starts after 3pm, but I can vary that depending on what's ordered and when I have them done. I definitely try and accommodate every ones availability, the best I can. Bread is $12 a loaf and marshmallows are $5 a four pack. For those new to my page I accept Cash, Venmo, and PayPal. As soon as I get some more of the Cherry Chocolate Chip made I'll share a photo. I'm excited about this one! I've tried many recipes since 2020 and have had ZERO luck. Well this time, I started with my base recipe for many of your favorite breads and found success. It's a vanilla bread filled with chopped maraschino cherries, chocolate chips and then topped with a maraschino juice icing. I would slice me a piece, zap it in the microwave for a few seconds and wow...just WOW!!!
