We're hosting a Community Food & Personal Care Drive now through November 30, and we'd love your help supporting local individuals and families in need!

We're collecting:
🥫 Non-perishable foods like canned goods, pasta, rice, and cereal
🧴 Personal care items like shampoo, toothpaste, soap, and deodorant
🧻 Household essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies

📅 Now through November 30, 2026

We kicked off our first exercise class at Town Square Perry Hall with Jay, our FOX Rehabilitation Fitness Specialist! 💙

Our members had a wonderful time meeting Jay, learning about FOX Rehab's wellness services, and getting moving with a fun exercise session!
