We Make It Easy to Make a Difference

Are you passionate about improving your community? Let Bread for the Journey help you make a difference. At Bread for the Journey, we empower people just like you to create vibrant communities, one gift at a time. Our local chapters give small, timely grants to social entrepreneurs in their communities. These grassroots micro-grants help jump-start valuable projects aimed at making their communities more vital, healthy and just. A Helping Hand
To support the vital work of our chapters, Bread for the Journey provides tools, training and strategies to help chapter volunteers do their good work. With our help, generous people like you can focus on what’s important: giving. Join us today, and start making a difference in your community.
