I am voting YES on M for our Novato sales tax increase because I believe the city simply needs the extra revenue now to protect police, public works, parks and other funding needs at best levels. The city cannot afford to wait another 2 years until 2026. I would have preferred a sunset provision, but I will trust our city council to protect and best use these needed additional tax revenues. ~ Michael Joly, North Marin Water District Director
