The Old Grey Mare is all ready for today’s Memorial Day Parade. Come see us and the rest of Nyack Fire Department as we honor our veterans.

This past Wednesday Mazeppa participated in at drill at the FTC with .1 . The Old Grey Mare picked up the hydrant and relay pumped to the 10-1250 that acted as the attack engine for the burn containers.

Just because it’s not a drill night doesn’t mean we aren’t training. Members in the Pump Operations course practiced relay pumping last night at the Rockland County Fire Training Center.

Huge thanks to everyone from Nyack FD and RCTFC that came to train last night. The weather was awful but we persevered and got some good evolutions in.
