Tiger Material Handling is making a significant investment in its future with a $2 million expansion project! The family-owned business recently purchased the former Gordon Lumber building along State Route 51 in Genoa. The 26,350-square-foot facility will provide additional space to expand operations, enhance fabrication capabilities, and nearly double the company's workforce.

OCIC is proud to partner with JobsOhio and the Regional Growth Partnership Northwest Ohio to support local business growth and economic investment in Ottawa County.

Did you know Elmore has quite the history of ghost sightings and supposedly haunted buildings? From the Commodore Perry Credit Union building to the former Five and Dime store, generations of Elmore residents have built a beautiful community filled with history and buildings that have stood the test of time. But whether some of its former residents are still wandering the halls... well, we'll leave that for you to decide! 👀

The Harris-Elmore Public Library features the Elmore Ghost Walk, a self-guided tour that blends historical facts, local rumors, and eyewitness accounts to share the stories of Elmore's spirits — both past and present!
