Omega Technical Services is an award-winning Critical Infrastructure Lifecycle Management firm. Since its inception in 1995, Omega has operated as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that is the recognized leader in nuclear and high reliability operations across the DOE and NNSA. Throughout its 30 years, Omega has worked to support the nuclear security enterprise across the United States, completing over 1,000 contracts. We ensure the mission success of our national security clients through products aligned to our core capabilities: work integration & management; startup, readiness & commissioning; nuclear safety & operations; and program & project support.

At our 2026 Corporate Offsite, we had two days of collaboration, learning, and connection!

Highlights included an engaging session from Michael (Doc) McIntyre on the keys to high performance, our CEO's presentation on the Tennessee Nuclear Network and the opportunities shaping Tennessee's nuclear future, a self-defense presentation focused on personal preparedness, and valuable updates from departments across Omega.

These discussions reinforced our commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and delivering exceptional support to our national security clients.

This summer, our interns came to Omega to learn. In the process, they taught us just as much. Their curiosity, drive, and fresh perspectives challenged us to rethink old habits, celebrate small wins, and embrace continuous learning.

Across the HR team, we were inspired by their passion, adaptability, and collaborative spirit. From asking “why” to building relationships across functions, our interns reminded us that growth happens when we’re willing to question, listen, and learn together.
