Don't be frightened. These attempts to subvert Democracy have not been working for the Administration. VOTE! In fact, vote early so your ballot is in the registrar's hands on time. And be assured that claims of widespread voter fraud have not been backed up by evidence. These are scare tactics. (That's why we oppose Prop. 39 by the way. Just more interference we don't want)

The lawsuit seeks to temporarily block the state from counting mail ballots of voters it claims are likely noncitizens, opening a new front in the administration’s legal fights with election officials.

Interesting discussion of Prop 39. Clean Water Action is bi-partisan but we do see this proposition as a hinderance to voting rights, since all registered voters will have proved their eligibility to the state when they registered and investigations into voter fraud have demonstrated that claims that its a problem are just rhetoric and not based on truth. Why are billionaires so interested in this then?

Packaging magnate and Illinois businessman Richard Uhilein and venture capitalists Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss are among the big spenders bankrolling California’s voter ID measure.

This is why we work on preventing pollution at the source. Once toxic chemicals get into water, it falls on ratepayers to ante up for treatment, not those that put them there while profiting from their products and industrial processes.

A water rate analysis by the consumer advocacy group Food and Water Watch estimates that water bills in the U.S. have risen 62% between 2015 and 2025.
