Good news! Regulations work. Our partners at NRDC tested textiles after our bill to ban PFAS in them went into effect and for the most part, products had little or no PFAS, with the exception of pet items and table cloths. We'll work to bring them into compliance.

On Good News Thursday, we keep celebrating AB 2218 and its passage through the Assembly. Sadly, some key representatives of water systems are strongly opposing this bill. They seem to think that having tribes, who both know how to protect water resources and who have been hurt by the historical revocation of their access to water is a threat. Its NOT. Its justice as we work for water for all people. Tell your water provider to support this bill in the Senate.
