Huge shout out to our partner, Families in Action for Quality Education, for hosting the Raise the Bar Awards last night. We were recognized for being one of only two schools in the city that had had at least 96% of its Black and Latinx students complete the A-G requirements (UC/CSU eligibility). In addition the school was recognized for its growth in ELA (state tests) and for its commitment to raising the bar with students. Learn more about FIA here- https://fiaoakland.org/

As we celebrate our one-year anniversary with CEO Jillian Juman, we want to lift up the beautiful message she shared with our supporters recently about what it means to Stand Up For Students:

Envision Education is passionately focused on preparing all students–regardless of background–for college and the future. Standing up for students means creating a world where college is a right for every student and not just the privileged few. If that's the world you want too, please join us today!
