A non-profit Resource Center providing housing and support to at risk individuals in the Bay Area since 1998

UCS target population is composed of adults, females and males, and singles parents, 18 years and older, who may have been victims of domestic abuse or sexually exploited with an emphasis on those recently incarcerated. We welcome people from all cultures, ethnic and religious backgrounds.

Hey Fam. Its been to long wirhout an update well as yall know we had one major offset, approaching our 2 year date. Upon compleation of litigations we plan on having a great time on social media with the truth of the matter, followed with the book plus all updates on where we are today, which is WE STILL WITH GOD AND THE POWER OF HIS MIGHT. TO GOD BE THE GLORY "SHOUT HALL-A-LU-YA".

aIDING OUR VETERANS

Currently serving veterans through the SSVF program as a sub- contractor with the East Bay Community Recovery Project. Thanks to this great opportunity we have now been linked to our Congressman Eric Swalwell, with every effort to help and serve our disabled veterans. The commissioner for Alameda county Conway Jones, has supported us with our efforts to support the veteran which has been a blessing to our agency.

Dr. Lowery, a mental health specialist with a doctorate degree in theology, a servant for our community. After serving the community for over 2 years God called Dr. Lowery into ministry. At that point the housing project became a ministry of helps.

The vision of the ministry is for its members to witness to a person, they receive Christ. God allows for us to have immediate space in ministry, living conditions, job opportunities, transferring their lives into an unchanging vessel for the living God.

We are proud that after 10 years we now have graduate housing available, free medical services, career development, job trade programs, job readiness and job placement.

Special thanks to Healthy Oakland for providing extensive training and free medical services, dental screening and a host of services including voters registration.
