Alameda County for Hillary Newsletter - January 19, 2017 Please join us for a thank you and appreciation party for Hillary volunteers in Alameda County on Saturday, January 28th! We'll celebrate all the work we did as a team, and we'll talk about our next steps going forward.

Friends, during the last 18 months we had to fight an overwhelming sense of complacency in recruiting and turning out volunteers. Now, Democrats are fighting an uphill battle nationally, and we can't afford to stay on the sidelines when it comes to defending health care, our basic civil rights, or, quite frankly, everything that's already great about our democracy and our country.

We have one late opportunity to shift the outcome of this election. There will be a runoff for the Senate seat in Louisiana on December 10th. Since November 8th, your fellow Bay Area Hillary volunteers have continued to work the phones in support of Democrat Foster Campbell.

Remember, every seat in the Senate counts - particularly as senators vote to confirm Cabinet and Supreme Court appointees. In Louisiana Senate race, populist Foster Campbell unfazed by long odds Campbell faces strong headwinds. Kennedy won a quarter of the vote in a 24-candidate primary, and he has tightened his embrace of President-elect Donald Trump since his and the Republican Party's widespread victories Nov. 8. Trump won Louisiana with 58 percent of the vote.

Alameda County for Hillary Newsletter - November 12, 2016 On behalf of all of our regional, neighborhood, and GOTV leaders, thank you so much for having made our Alameda County for Hillary effort one of the most successful in California and in the entire country.

An immense, heartfelt thank you to the thousands of volunteers who created magic and community with us over the last four days in Oakland, Albany-Berkeley, and Fremont.

If you have left any furniture or anything else in the Oakland office at 3909 Grand, please pick it up today between 5-7pm. Similarly, if you have left anything in the Albany office at 1224 Solano, please pick it up before 8pm today.

Again, many thanks for your time and generosity over the last four days - and, indeed, the last 18 months.

Thank you to our volunteers for all your donations of food, supplies, furniture, and, above all, TIME to our three locations in Oakland, Albany, and Fremont! We continue to phone bank aggressively at all three locations.
