The Lend A Foundation seeks to enhance the quality of life of underserved children, youth, and families. These services occur in Oakland/Alameda County.
Lend A Hand (LAHF) celebrated 25 years of service in 2022. In December, we held our annual "Joy of Giving" Holiday Celebration for over 250 children, 75 youth, and 137 parents. Our Annual Back to School Program provided 25,000 students with their essential supply kits in August in honor of the 25th Year Anniversary. Our Board President deemed it fitting to establish an award bearing my name to carry forward my legacy, and we unanimously agreed that Dale Marie Golden's beautiful spirit and selfless dedication to various nonprofits made her the obvious choice.
