Many states have little to no prospect of medicinal cannabis reform. Federal reforms are the only way to help patients in these states, like in Idaho, where the legislature has passed a resolution explicitly banning any reform.
In Idaho, Medical Cannabis Reform Must Be Federal Idaho's location bordering some of the most medical cannabis-friendly states in the country puts the need for comprehensive national reform in sharp light.
