Many states have little to no prospect of medicinal cannabis reform. Federal reforms are the only way to help patients in these states, like in Idaho, where the legislature has passed a resolution explicitly banning any reform.

Cannabis is still classified as a drug more dangerous than oxycontin, percocet, vicoden… even co**in and m**h. True, there are very dangerous drugs out there. But cannabis isn’t one of them.
