Community voices matter. 🗣️

Charles Reed, founder and CEO of Lifers Leaving a Legacy, joined Argent’s Miles Lim to install an air monitor in our main yard. As a member of the Community Steering Committee (CSC) for AB 617, Charles believes the community should play the primary role in air monitoring. So he took action and has worked alongside Argent Materials to help bring that vision to life.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Jesus Lopez 🌟

An Oakland native, Jesus joined Argent a few months ago to assist in our main yard, but he was already a familiar face! Before coming to Argent, Jesus would visit the yard with his dad’s food truck before joining the crew!

We’re happy to have you on the team, Jesus! 👏

Hands-on quality control. 👷♻️

Our equipment and magnets do a lot of the work 🧲 but our team provides another essential check by manually removing trash and remaining bits of metal and rebar as material moves along the conveyor. That extra attention helps keep our recycled material clean and ready for our customers.

We love seeing friendly faces around the yard. Thanks for choosing Argent Materials and being part of our community! ♻️

Meet Dennis Clark, one of the newest faces on the Argent team! 👋

Dennis joined Argent looking for a new opportunity and brings 30 years of industry experience to his role as operator. His start came at just 13, digging ditches on jobs with his dad, who was a contractor.

Dennis is a Martinez resident and classic car collector, and has a full house with five boys!

We are glad to have you on the team, Dennis! ♻️

One of several magnets working along our conveyor system 🧲

Each stage pulls out progressively smaller pieces of metal as recycled material moves through the yard— another step in turning concrete and asphalt into aggregate ready for its next use. ♻️

Argent team Sergio, Aisha, and Miles joined Emiliano Sanchez at the Fall 2026 OUSD Skilled Trade Fair at Cypress Mandela Training Center, INC.👷

We enjoyed connecting with students, talking career opportunities, and sharing the role Argent Materials plays in the industry. Thanks for having us! ♻️

Why choose recycled? ♻️
Because what’s already here still has plenty of work left to do.

Choosing Argent recycled aggregates means giving existing material a second life while conserving natural resources, reducing landfill waste, and lowering the carbon footprint of your next project.

Build with what’s already here. Build recycled. 💚
