After a very serious, strategic and significant sabbatical, Community and Housing Initiatives Corporation shall rise from the ashes effective immediately. Starting in January 2015 we will assume a more aggressive quest to continue our work of sowing seeds that foster opportunities for growth. Know that for everything there is an appointed time and season and its time to see the manifestation of all blessings that God has promised. With renewed energy and commitment we look forward to continuing the legacy of serving others, now with a more Global perspective. I have confirmation that we were not born to takes sides, but born with purpose...to take over. We look forward to what lies ahead and ask for your continued prayers and support.

With over 30 Years of combined experience in Grant writing, Fundraising, Grassroots intitiatives and group falicitation, CHIC is embarking on a Leadership Workshop Series to share this wealth of knowledge with others looking to start their own non-profit, or better their chances of getting a grant, or looking to start a social media marketing plan.
