GABAYAN is an initiative of TIGRA, a US and Manila based non-profit/NGO that seeks to create enabling situations and opportunities for immigrants, their families and communities. We also do research, produce relevant information and communication materials, organize, fundraise, advocate, network and a host of other activities that respond to the needs of the immigrant sector.
