We wanted to share about a fun (AND FREE) opportunity for youth ages 0-5 & their parent/guardian or caregiver starting next week! Bring your little one and join us for a wonderful opportunity to support early childhood education in a fun and engaging environment!
The City of Oakland Parks Recreation & Youth Development (OPRYD) in collaboration with Oakland Fund for Children and Youth (OFCY) is offering a FREE CAPP Playgroups Program at the following Recreation Centers:
* Carmen Flores Recreation Center (1737 Fruitvale Ave)
* Ira Jinkins Recreation Center (9151 Edes Ave)
* Rainbow Recreation Center (5800 International Blvd)
The Playgroups program features: arts and crafts, outdoor play, circle time, healthy snacks and more!

OPRYD Youth Basketball League, scheduled to begin January 22, 2022 is being POSTPONED. With an abundance of caution concerning the rapid rise of the COVID-19 omicron variant, we will reschedule this program as soon we are confident it is safe to do so.
