MCCS Camp Pendleton - Active Duty Rec Camp Pendleton Active Duty and Unit Recreation Department

Camp Pendleton Active Duty and Unit Recreation Department is comprised of the Single Marine Program, Active Duty Recreation Centers, and Outdoor Adventures program. All the programs are focused on providing service only to the Active Duty Stationed aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton and strive to improve quality of life through recreation and community involvement.

Looking for a fun alternative to traditional PT? Outdoor Adventures offers several activities designed to get your unit moving while building teamwork:

🏄 Surfing (May-Oct)
🌊 Stand-up paddleboarding (May-Oct)
🏹 Archery
🚴 Gravel mountain biking
🥾 Off-base hiking*

To request a Unit PT event, complete the Unit PT Request Form available on the MCCS Outdoor Adventures website and email it to [email protected].

📅 Submit requests at least two weeks in advance
✅ Include multiple preferred dates
👥 Provide an estimated number of participants
🎖️ Available for active-duty units

*Transportation is not provided for off-base hiking.
