You can never tame Rotarians! Rotary took the wheel at Shorehaven Bingo last night, donning props behind the Route 26 Homecoming-themed auto in the great room. Passing hats, scarves and shades, the group got residents laughing and pep raging through the evening. And oh yes, they eventually sat down to some serious BINGO!

What an incredible Saturday for the annual Oconomowoc Rotary Bike Tour! 🚲✨

Between the fantastic riding weather, great energy across every route, and an overwhelming turnout from our community, this year’s tour was a huge success. Most importantly, every mile ridden helped raise critical funds for Variety - the Children's Charity of Wisconsin and their mission to provide life-changing adaptive bikes and mobility equipment to local kids.

An event like this takes a village, and we have so many people to thank for making the day unforgettable:

Our Riders & Donors: Thank you for showing up, bringing the energy, and pedaling with purpose for a wonderful cause.

Our Rotary Volunteers: For dedicating your Saturday morning to setup, registration, rest stops, and keeping everyone safe and supported.

Gabriel's Taqueria: For fueling everyone post-ride with amazing food.

The Bike Doctor: For being on site to provide expert tech support and keep our cyclists rolling smoothly.

Our Musician: For setting the perfect post-ride vibe with fantastic live music.

Look at what happens when a community pedals with purpose. 🚲✨

On September 3rd, members of our club joined fellow trail enthusiasts, elected officials, and county leaders to celebrate a huge milestone: the official completion of the final connection between the Interurban and Lake Country trails.

This connection is living proof of what community support can build. Thanks to everyone who has ever ridden in or sponsored our annual Oconomowoc Rotary Bike Tour, our club has raised and donated nearly $50,000 directly toward bringing this regional trail network to life.

Now, we’re channeling that momentum into our next mission. This year’s Bike Tour is TOMORROW, and our ride directly supports the Variety of Wisconsin Freedom Program—helping provide life-changing adaptive bikes and mobility equipment to local children with physical challenges so every kid gets the chance to ride.

Online registration is still open, and there’s still time to join us tomorrow morning!

Whether you’re taking on the scenic 19, 29, or 43-mile route, every pedal stroke makes an immediate difference.

Let’s ride! 🚴💙
