💥💥💥 We are taking bids for rock at the Scott Stark Memorial Lake!!

Stacked Stone Retaining Wall Bid Specifications:

Partners for Odessa Parks and Recreation invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the construction of a retaining wall surrounding sections of the new 5-acre lake.

Please ensure your bid includes the following elements:

• Provision of all labour and materials required for the construction of a wall measuring 1,100 feet in length
• Installation of a dry-stacked stone wall adjacent to the lake, comprising three rows in height 48 inches; please also provide an alternative quote for a four-row configuration
• On-site field dressing of all stones
• Placement of filter fabric
• Installation of clean gravel backfill
• Gabion stone installation on the lake-facing side of the wall
• Final grading to be completed by contractor (grass seeding not to be included)
• Proof of contractor licensing and insurance, as well as inclusion of a warranty covering defects

Silent Auction items
$1.00 increments minimum.
Once the silent auction table is announced closed, the sheets will be picked up.
The sheets will be laid back out on the table with the winning number & bid highlighted.
Review the sheets to see if you are the winner.
Once you have paid for your winning items you can collect them off the table.
If it was a certificate, you will need to ask for the original when you pay. Only copies are put out on tables.

Live Auction Items:
Once you have paid for your winning items you can collect them at the end of event or before you leave.
