Teams fired up Dutch ovens, Blackstone griddles, traditional grills, and Traeger pellet grills to prepare restaurant-quality entrées, sides, and desserts.
Addressing the crowd, CTE Director Dr. Rod Belnap praised the students' work: "The quality of the food is off the charts. It's restaurant level stuff. You guys are doing amazing work... this kind of creativity does not exist in any other district in the state, but right here in our district."
