Let the SORA reading begin! It's time for our monthly School-Wide Sora Reading Contest!

This month, the spotlight is on Shadow Valley and Odyssey Elementary!

Students and faculty at and : dive into some great audio and eBooks on Sora all month long! We’ll be handing out incentives along the way, and at the end of the month, we’ll award the Top Student AND Top Faculty Sora Readers with a grand prize!

How to join the fun:
*See your school's library clerk to get the official contest code!
*On a computer: Go to soraapp.com/library/ogdenut OR find Sora in Clever on your school device.
*On a phone/tablet: Download the free Sora App.

We are thrilled to announce our 2026-2027 OSD Library Program theme: Here be Dragons!

Centuries ago, ancient mapmakers wrote "Here be Dragons" on the outer edges of their maps to mark uncharted territories full of mystery and the unknown.

This year, we’re inviting students to step off the edge of the map. Our library shelves are filled with unexplored worlds and undiscovered stories. "Here be Dragons" is an invitation to explore the uncharted territories hidden inside your library.

Where will your next reading adventure take you? Come visit your school library and map out your next great read!

We miss our lost books! While missing library items have now been marked as "lost" in our system, we have one main goal: getting the books back on our shelves for students to enjoy.

The best part? Return the book, and the fine disappears and the book will be ready for another student to discover next year!
