Teens ages 12-18 are invited to attend the "What's on Your Mind?" Teen Retreat hosted by the Utah 4-H Northern Region Ambassadors! 🧠

Description: Join us for a fun, interactive retreat exploring the emotions we all experience—from joy and excitement to anxiety, anger, and sadness. Through workshops and activities, teens will learn ways to handle strong feelings, navigate social media comparisons, support friends, and care for their well-being. Come make connections, build confidence, and discover more about yourself! 💚✨

Time: 9am-3pm
Location: USU Kaysville (80 E 725 S Kaysville, UT 84037)
Cost: $10 - Lunch will be served
