π¦ Hydration Tips:
β
Carry a reusable water bottle
β
Drink water before, during, and after outdoor activities
β
Take frequent breaks in the shade or air conditioning
β
Avoid excessive caffeine and sugary drinks when spending time in the heat
Remember: If you're working, volunteering, exercising, or enjoying outdoor activities, make hydration part of your preparedness plan!

Turn Around, Don't Drown!
Flash flooding will be possible again today, primarily in eastern Oklahoma, as heavy rains continue to move through the state. A flood watch remains in effect through this afternoon and evening depending on location.
Stay and out of flood waters! π π§ π βͺοΈ
β οΈ Never drive on flooded roads or around barricades - almost half of flood deaths happen in vehicles.
β οΈ 6 inches of water is enough to cause you to lose control of your vehicle.
β οΈ Don't walk, swim, or play in flood water - water can sweep you away or carry hazardous materials.
βΌοΈ Report damages to homes or businesses online at damage.ok.gov.
