WISDOM WEDNESDAY: Loan Process

* Accept the assignment
* Confirm appt with the client(s)
* Receive documents
* Go through document package
* Flag pages where client needs to sign with "sign here" sticky in one color
* Flag pages where Notary needs to sign with "sign here" sticky in another color
* Go to the appointment, ask for ID, get documents signed
* Double check all signature pages before you leave
* Go to private area, complete all Notary sections
* Scan/email documents
* Drop documents off at FED EX/UPS using prepaid label
* Upload receipt
* Perform these steps on every loan signing
