The stars have lined up!! All Members of the OK House of Representatives have voted in support of the Felon Forgiveness Act. Great Job Representative Scott Fetgatter. It provides the restoration of guns rights to NON Violent felons. Now on to the Senate for Consideration.

PASSED!! SB372 by Hines. This bill clarifies what we have been doing for years. Carry of fi****ms in OK State Lodges. Current law contradicts itself on the lawful possession of fi****ms in a rented domicile. This bill clears it up and is on its way to the House for consideration.

APPROVED: Senate Bill advocating for cameras in the courtroom approved 2 News' Isabel Flores does some digging on Senate Bill 1386 and hears from Oklahomans on what this could mean for the future of legal proceedings.

Think about it, a department of Public Safety bureaucrat is”Scared” of peaceful citizens being armed. This effort to stop Second Amendment rights was done with our tax dollars. Public resources and equipment to stop what Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Wisconsin, Michigan and many other states protect this right. Public Safety was against Concealed Carry in 1995, Open Carry in 2011 and 2012, and against Constitutional Carry in 2016,2017,2018 and 2019.
They ignored a support letter from the NRA while the NRA’s anti gun state group, Oklahoma Rifle Association had their lobbyist working against the bill and our rights.
Remember this in June when voting.
