Meet the 2026-2027 Oklahoma Agriculture Youth Council🌟

Cooper Davidson, from Lawton, joined the AYC after seeing the amazing opportunities and experiences former members participated in.

Cooper hopes to spend his time in the AYC gaining lifelong friendship with other members and industry experts as well as discover new potential career paths within Oklahoma agriculture.

After graduation, Cooper plans to attend junior college to pursue livestock judging while also getting a degree in Animal Science.

The ODAFF Oklahoma Forestry Services team is hiring a Fire Equipment Specialist in Goldsby!

This position will be responsible for supporting the Community Fire Assistance Program (CFAP), the Firefighter Property Program (FFP) and Federal Excess Property Program (FEPP).

Duties include but aren't limited to:
• Providing technical assistance and information to donor recipients
• Inspecting and operating all equipment
• Loading equipment between distribution yards and transport vehicles
• Reviewing and evaluatingeligible recipients needs and makes recommendations for donated property
• Engages in initial attack and extended attack wildland fire suppression, prescribed burning operations and activities
• Provides fire suppression and prescribed burning assistance to employees, partners, volunteers and other assisting fire crews
• Operating and maintaining assigned equipment, including pickup trucks, fire engines, bulldozers, and other related equipment; supervises and performs preventive maintenance

Meet the 2026-2027 Oklahoma Agriculture Youth Council 🌟

Audrey Warner, from Lawton, joined the AYC in hopes of gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation for Oklahoma agriculture.

Audrey plans to use her time in the AYC learning as much as she can about the industry, developing long lasting relationships and discovering how she can use her voice as part of the conversation around the future of Oklahoma ag.

After graduation, Audrey plans to attend Oklahoma State University and major in Biology before heading to graduate school to become a human and animal chiropractor.

Meet the 2026-2027 Oklahoma Agriculture Youth Council 🌟

Ainslie McEndoo, from Stillwater, joined the AYC as a way to connect with others who are passionate about Oklahoma agriculture.

Ainslie hopes to use her time in the AYC to build relationships with industry leaders across the state. She hopes this opportunity will help shape her future goals both inside and outside of agriculture.

After graduation, Ainslie plans to attend Oklahoma State University to major in Agricultural Business with a minor in Ranch Management.
