"Without Diversion Hub, I don’t know if I would be alive, honestly. I feel at peace. I have never had this experience before.”

After leaving the OK County jail, Stephanie found stabilization support at DHub through her recovery navigator, Jay, and the rest of our dedicated team. She built her self-esteem and coping skills in peer groups and participated in a pilot housing program we administer in partnership with and . You might recognize her from her heartwarming video on move-in day as she discovered her furnished at Caritas Casitas, an affordable housing community. We're proud to say she is doing great and has started writing about her experiences to uplift others and share her newfound peace.

Our Ribbon Cutting is a little more than a week away, on June 24 at 12:00 p.m.! Brush up on the latest at DHub by reading our 2025 Annual Report at https://www.diversionhub.org/publications.

Our CEO, Meagan, and Peer Support Navigator, John, participated in a panel today at Breaking Bread to share DHub's work and support conversations in the community around smart criminal legal practices. John's decades of lived experience in the system and extensive certifications allow him to offer effective support to clients and staff alike.

Thank you to for hosting us and furthering these important conversations.

We're excited to announce the release of our 2025 Annual Report 🎉

This is Delmar and Delilah, the family on the cover of this year's report. Delmar’s criminal legal system involvement started when he was working as an electrician in the military. He fell into alcoholism without realizing it. “It was easy. My dad did it, my mom did it. I just latched onto it,” he says.

The DHub team and our partners at worked with Delmar and his family to build stability out in the community while working to show his commitment to making a better life for himself and his family. With his system involvement resolved, he was able to start a career in interstate trucking, a job he loves because it lets him see the country and come home to his partner and children.

Look out for more highlights from our Annual Report in the weeks to come and read the full report at https://www.diversionhub.org/publications.

While our Ribbon Cutting has been delayed to June 24 at 12:00 p.m., we want to share a few of the ways this amazing facility is supporting our staff. With clean, new cubicles and offices, a break room large enough for staff to gather, and collaboration rooms for them to meet, debrief, and decompress, this facility is an entirely revitalized space.

Working at DHub isn't easy; we support people on some of the worst and best days of their lives. Each staff member wears multiple hats, in true nonprofit fashion. The stress and rewards are all worth it to see our clients and their families reach a better future.

Thank you to our staff for making this transition seamless. We are proud of you and look forward to serving our community together in this beautiful new home.

Beyond the building itself, the grounds around our facility are landscaped to be clean, fresh, and open. With a view of downtown OKC and a tall glass-sided lobby, walking into DHub's new home is an experience. Our clients know from their first steps towards the front doors that they will be supported in a welcoming space.

Shout out to and for supporting our planned community garden 🌱🪏 🍅

As a MAPS 4 project, at least 1% of our budget for the new facility went to public art. These pieces represent the struggles, opportunities, and hope inherent in our work. Our clients and community deserve beauty and we are proud to share this art with you.

We invite you to see the art in person after our Ribbon Cutting ceremony on May 21 at 12:00 p.m. 🎨
