Progressive Careers & Housing (PHIDD) empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 🏡💙 We provide comprehensive services, including community day programs, 16-bed or CILA homes, vocational training, and personalized care to help individuals thrive and lead fulfilling lives. 🌟

🎃🍂 Fall fun is in full swing at Sparta Terrace!

Our individuals enjoyed getting creative with a little pumpkin painting! From colorful designs to lots of smiles, it was a wonderful opportunity to express their creativity, spend time together, and embrace the fall season.

Today is World Mental Health Day.

Mental health is part of overall well-being, and everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and respected.

For people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, having the right support can make a real difference in everyday life from managing challenges and expressing emotions to building confidence and staying connected with others.

Sometimes, support looks like a conversation. Sometimes, it’s simply having someone there.

People with intellectual and developmental disabilities have skills, interests, and goals that deserve to be recognized.

This month, we’re celebrating the people who are working, learning, growing, and finding their place in their communities and the employers who make those opportunities possible.
