Please join us in welcoming Grove Ayers, the new General Manager of Capital Mall!

With decades of experience in retail leadership and management, Grove brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to building strong business and community partnerships.

As one of the region’s largest shopping and entertainment destinations, Capital Mall and its adjacent Promenade properties welcome more than two million visits annually. For Grove, the opportunity goes beyond managing a major retail property. It's about creating a gathering place that contributes to the community and supports the region's continued growth.

“I’m hoping to be able to serve the property and the community well, to be able to forge civic relationships and community partnerships, and to be able to participate in the ongoing development of the area,” says Grove.

Capital Mall has been a valued Thurston County Chamber member for 38 years, and we're excited to see what's ahead under Grove's leadership.
