THE INCOME TAX TROJAN HORSE IS HERE.

Washington Democrats promised it was only for the wealthy.

Republicans tried to protect taxpayers by preventing the income threshold from being lowered. Democrats said NO.

The income tax is now law. But voters have a chance to repeal it.

Once the Trojan Horse is through the gates, who’s next?

Vote YES on I-645 November 3 to repeal the Washington State Income Tax.

WASHINGTON vs. CALIFORNIA. THE NUMBERS DON’T LIE.

Crime. Gas prices. Homelessness. Drug overdoses. Education.

Two states. Decades of Democrat control. And some troubling numbers.

Washington ranks among the worst states for property crime and drug overdose deaths. Families are paying some of the highest gas prices in America, and too many fourth graders aren’t meeting national reading proficiency standards.

ELECTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES.

Washington Democrats seem determined to OUT-CALIFORNIA CALIFORNIA.

Washington deserves a different direction.

Promises made. Promises NOT kept.

Nearly 100,000 people signed in opposing Washington’s new income tax. Yet legislative Democrats moved forward.

Rep. Matt Marshall calls out what happened:

* Democrats made cuts to Medicaid and school funding.
* Promises about how income tax revenue would be spent were placed in the bill’s intent language, not binding spending provisions.
* Republicans offered amendments to hold lawmakers to those promises. Democrats rejected them.

If these promises were so important, why wouldn’t Democrats put them into enforceable law?

Watch Rep. Matt Marshall during the historic 24-hour House income tax debate.

Washington voters deserve answers.

One party. Decades in power.

As you cast your ballot this November, look at the record, consider the results, and ask yourself: Is Washington headed in the direction you want?

Your vote. Washington’s future.

Is Washington’s new income tax even legal?

When the question turns constitutional, who better to ask than an attorney?

House Republican Leader Drew Stokesbary weighs in on Washington’s new income tax, and the state Supreme Court’s past rulings.

Voters have a decision to make.

November 3: I-645 is on the ballot. VOTE YES to repeal Washington’s new income tax.

During the historic 24-hour debate over Washington’s new income tax, Rep. John Ley stood up to fight for your pensions.

Democrats changed Washington’s pension laws as part of their income tax legislation. Republicans offered an amendment to protect pension income from the tax.

Democrats rejected it.

If pensions weren’t supposed to be at risk, why change the law in the first place? And why reject an amendment to protect them?

Washington voters deserve answers.

Vote YES on I-645.

Why did Washington Democrats change public pension protections in their income tax bill?

Republicans, including Rep. Josh Penner for WA fought to exclude public employee pensions from the new tax. Democrats rejected that amendment.

Today, the income tax threshold is $1 million. But what happens if a future Legislature lowers it?

The pension-law changes are already in place. Your retirement could be on the chopping block next.

Washington’s retirees deserve answers. Why change pension protections in the first place? VOTE YES ON I-645 to Repeal the Income Tax.

“DOUBLE THE TAXES! TRIPLE THE TAXES!”

It would be funnier if it didn’t feel so familiar.

In 2025, Democrats who control the Washington Legislature passed the largest tax increase in state history — and Gov. Bob Ferguson signed the tax package into law.

Then in 2026, Ferguson signed Washington’s first state income tax into law.

These policies didn’t come from Ferguson alone. They required votes from the Democrat-controlled Legislature.

More taxes. More spending. More government.

When voters choose their legislators, they are also choosing which policies have the votes to pass in Olympia.

At some point, Olympia’s answer can’t always be:
RAISE ANOTHER TAX.

VOTE REPUBLICAN.

They called it a “millionaires tax.” We know it’s an income tax.

Senate Majority Leader Jamie Pedersen, House Speaker Laurie Jinkins, and House Finance Chair April Berg backed a new 9.9% income tax that currently applies to household income above $1 million.

Now Rep. Cindy Ryu is already publicly discussing a much lower threshold — telling KUOW that lawmakers should look at household income around $250,000.

Washington voters should pay attention to what lawmakers are saying now — not just what was said when the tax passed.

Vote YES on I-645 to repeal the income tax.
