We are currently seeking Volunteer Site Navigators to help support the flow of our waiting room during the 2027 tax season. As a Site Navigator, you’ll play an important role in welcoming clients, providing guidance, answering questions, and helping create a positive experience for everyone who visits our tax sites.
📅 Site Navigator Orientations will be held in November
📚 Training classes will begin in December
