June is National Hunger Awareness Month, and we're giving thanks for the volunteers who help us distribute more than 3 million pounds of food each year.
A special shoutout to the Confirmation Class from Christ the King Parish for volunteering at the St. Juan Diego Center Food Pantry, where they helped prepare food bags for distribution to our neighbors in need.
Thank you for putting your faith into action and helping us fight hunger in our community!

Do you know the signs of burnout?
During Mental Health Awareness Month, we're talking about something a lot of us feel but don't always have words for β burnout. It's more than being tired. It's what happens when chronic stress quietly depletes you over time.
If you or someone you love is struggling, Catholic Charities of Omaha is here. Our behavioral health team provides compassionate, affordable support for individuals and families in our community β because 100 years of hope means we show up for people when it matters most.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and throughout the month, our team of therapists will be sharing weekly tips, insights, and resources to help you better understand and manage your mental health. π
This week, weβre breaking down the difference between stress and anxiety. Two experiences that can feel similar but impact us in different ways. Learning to recognize the signs is an important first step toward taking care of yourself and knowing when to seek support.
No matter what youβre facing, you donβt have to navigate it alone. Support is available.
