It's , so of course we got together for our 7th Annual Happy Hour! This year, our cane travel skills were put to the test with the rainy weather and the streetcar construction in Blackstone. But it was worth it: great pizza and even better people!

Special thanks to Lance at Noli's Pizzeria. That night, he knew he had a reservation but didn't know it was a group of blind people. Turns out, his dad was also visually impaired. Lance used straws to demonstrate the size of a single slice of pizza. He even remembered everyone's names. It was a special touch on top of an already special celebration for members of the blind community.

We're heading back to the cornfields of Plattsmouth for another afternoon at the shooting range! 🎯

A veteran’s story of service and resilience will take center stage at Vision Beyond Sight 2026. 🇺🇸

We are honored to welcome Jeffrey E. Mittman as our featured guest speaker. A retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant, Purple Heart recipient, President and CEO of Bosma Enterprises, and Presidential Appointee to the U.S. AbilityOne Commission, Jeff has dedicated his life to serving others.

After sustaining life-changing injuries during his military service and losing his sight, Jeff faced a new path forward. His story is a powerful reminder that courage is not only found in the moments that test us, but also in how we choose to move forward.

As we commemorate the 25th anniversary of 9/11 and America’s 250th anniversary, we would be honored to welcome veterans and service members to this special evening.

On World Sight Day, we’re reminded that vision loss is more than a statistic; it’s part of the everyday lives of hundreds of thousands of children and their families. 🧡

Every child deserves opportunities to explore, build confidence, and discover what they’re capable of. Vision loss may shape how a child experiences the world, but it shouldn’t limit the opportunities ahead.

At Outlook Enrichment, we provide experiences and resources that support people who are blind or visually impaired at every stage of life, from youth programs like Outlook Explorers to adaptive technology training, recreation, and more.
