Behind every thriving school district are people who keep its operations running smoothly. Millard Public Schools is looking for a detail-oriented District Accounting Specialist who wants to put their financial expertise to work for a meaningful purpose.

Your work helps ensure district resources are accounted for accurately, supporting the schools, programs, and opportunities students rely on every day.

In this role, you’ll:
✨ Manage accounts payable and process district invoices
✨ Reconcile accounts, vendor statements, and financial records
✨ Prepare financial reports and journal entries
✨ Partner with administrators and budget managers to resolve questions
✨ Communicate with vendors and support timely payments
✨ Maintain accurate financial records and year-end reporting

We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, values accuracy, and works well with others.
